Many employers plan information sessions often the evening prior to their interview date(s).  While completely optional, such a recruiting event can be an efficient way to share company information with a group of candidates.  Whether seeking to generate interest from all majors or a specific college, you will find facilities on or near the MSU campus to meet your needs.

Targeting a Specific Major or College
To reserve facilities targeting a specific major or college, please contact Kim Kowalski, Recruiting Manager to assist you with identifying the suitable facility and/or contact person at kowalsk4@csp.msu.edu or 517.884.1302.

Targeting Multiple Majors(s) or College(s)
To reserve facilities targeting a broader student audience, the recommended facilities are listed below:

NOTE:  You may post information session details on the SpartanCareers network by logging in at https://msu-csm.symplicity.com/employers/, selecting the “events” heading, clicking on “Information Sessions”, and clicking “Add New”.  Complete the required fields and select “Submit” at the bottom of the page.  Once our office confirms your presentation details, students will be able to view your information session posting.  Your information session details are not automatically provided to us by the facilities listed above.
