Many employers plan information sessions often the evening prior to their interview date(s). While completely optional, such a recruiting event can be an efficient way to share company information with a group of candidates. Whether seeking to generate interest from all majors or a specific college, you will find facilities on or near the MSU campus to meet your needs.

To reserve facilities targeting a broader student audience, the recommended facilities are listed below:

To get the most visibility for your organization’s information session we recommend you post it on the MySpartanCareer.com system.
- Log in to MySpartanCareer.com
- From your home page click on Event, then on Employer Event, click Add New
- Complete the required fields and select Submit at the bottom of the page
- Once our office confirms your presentation details, students will be able to view your information session posting
