Join the Pursuing Intentional Learning in Organizations Together (PILOT) Project, a four-week series aimed at bridging the gap between graduating students and non-academic professionals. Held weekly on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4pm on Zoom, this program provides graduate students with insights and practical strategies for transitioning from academia to non-academic careers. Each Tuesday, guest speakers from the Michigan Department of Agriculture and Rural Development (MDARD) will offer their expertise, while Thursdays will feature interactive workshops to further explore the topics discussed.Schedule:Week 1 – Beyond Academia: Navigating the Transition to Non-Academic Careers: This week’s sessions offer insights and practical strategies for making a transition from academia to non-academic careers.
