MSUFCU Career Fair Prep Mixer
Jan 23, 5:30 PM - 7:30 PM
Networking practice, resume tips, professional attire advice and learning to love LinkedIn - all designed to prepare you for career fairs and employer events! A buffet of tasty treats, move-around activities and door prize drawings will help make this a workshop to remember. Space is limited and the online registration opened Dec. 3. The cost is $10 (to contribute to the cost of your appetizer dinner.) Tell your friends and register today before it sells out!

Diversity Networking Coffee Hour

Drop in for quick resume reviews, info on how to prep for the Diversity Career Fair, tips on how to network across cultures, and like all coffee hours - free Starbucks, snacks, board games, and a chance to meet folks from around the world.

Research for Underrepresented Students

All undergrads are invited to learn about the opportunities available for involvement in research and creative activities at Michigan State. You'll also hear from a panel of MSU students from underrepresented populations from diverse academic disciplines in STEM, social science, and humanities. They'll discuss the benefits and challenges of research and the tools and strategies they have utilized to navigate their experiences.

MSU Diversity Career Fair

MSU’s largest spring semester event. Something for all students, all majors, all colleges. This event attracts well-known employers representing a variety of industries and full time, internship, and co-op opportunities for students.

Packaging Career Fair

The School of Packaging Career Fair is an event that brings students of the School of Packaging together with all sectors of the Packaging Industry. Day Two of this annual event will consist of interview sessions. While this career fair is open to all students, it's designed specifically for upper level Packaging majors.

Supply Chain Career Fair

Criminal Justice Career Fair

Interested in a criminal justice career? This is your chance to connect with more than 80 employers to network with federal agencies, companies and organizations. Learn about internships, full-time jobs and volunteer opportunities related to the broad field of Criminal Justice. Freshmen through graduate students are encouraged to attend!

Environmental Natural Resources Sustainability Career Event

This popular career fair/career exposure event is open to all MSU students with an interest in sustainability and the environment, natural resources, conservation and the out-of-doors. Alumni and industry professionals will be there to share information about internship, summer, temporary, entry level and volunteer opportunities!

Marathon of Majors

The popular Marathon of Majors spring event is your chance to talk about majors and minors with experts from all MSU colleges. All students are encouraged to drop in at this career fair style event for comfortable conversation with academic and career advisors, college reps, campus resource reps and community partners. This is a great way to learn about majors, class requirements and career paths. See you there!

Psychology Service and Internship Fair

This gives students the opportunity to gather information on potential experiential learning opportunities and make connections with organizations. Obtain information on careers and jobs with these organizations. Learn how and what is needed to obtain a volunteer position or internship.

Join us at the Geography Career Day and Job Fair! An Introduction Session will start the event with 60-second “elevator pitch.” Then, visit with employers of interest to discuss internships, jobs and career paths. Snacks and refreshments will be provided, too!
