Human Resources/Labor Relations

This interest field is for students who are interested in HR generalist or specialist areas such as HR management, recruiting, staffing, compensations, benefits, employment laws, training and development, HR information systems, negotiations, and labor relations.  Students also pursue interests in the dynamics of human resources and other social behavioral factors related to the study of the workplace and the community, such as, inequality, disability, race, and gender discrimination issues.
