This position will support the Office of K-12 Outreach’s graphic design needs across multiple projects and general office marketing. These tasks may include creating program flyers, designing email templates in MailChimp, creating social media posts, and branding/editing office documents prior to their distribution. A working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud applications; specifically, InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop are required. This position will also support general office duties such as answering the phones, distributing office mail, and assisting with event preparations for K-12 Outreach activities. While the following skills are not a requirement of applicants, we would find the ability to identify and solve day-to-day technical issues with staff and faculty’s computers, as well as experience with web editing desirable. We are looking for an individual that has availability to work during the summer and the school year.
