The College of Osteopathic Medicine is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented student to provide clerical and administrative support to the Office of Alumni Engagement and Strategic Outreach. This position supports multiple ongoing projects and large-scale college events and is well suited for a student who is organized, proactive, and interested in event coordination, communications, and academic programming.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide clerical and administrative support for college events, including alumni programs, CME activities, and Homecoming Weekend (logistics coordination, communications support, and day-of assistance).
- Assist with preparing, organizing, and maintaining event materials such as schedules, forms, and spreadsheets.
- Draft, edit, and format routine communications and documents.
- Track and update information related to events and projects using Excel and shared documents.
- Assist with documentation and follow-up related to alumni engagement and strategic initiatives.
- Provide general office support including email correspondence, calendar coordination, supply ordering/research, and inventory management.
- Maintain office organization and assist with upkeep.
- Coordinate ongoing clerical tasks and provide continuity on office projects as directed.
- Run occasional errands as needed; access to a vehicle is required.
Ideal Candidate Will:
- Be dependable, organized, and able to manage multiple clerical tasks simultaneously.
- Demonstrate initiative and follow-through once trained.
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Be comfortable using Microsoft Office, Excel (including formulas), SharePoint, Canva and/or other basic productivity platforms.
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
