Position Overview:
Join a research project focused on the complex challenges faced by multinational companies (MNCs) in cross-cultural communication, particularly related to consumer expectations in corporate social responsibility (CSR), corporate social advocacy (CSA), and ESG (Environment, Society, and Governance). This study explores the dynamic between MNCs and value-driven consumers in different countries, including the U.S. and China, considering each market’s unique cultural, political, and consumer landscapes.
Responsibilities:
- Downloading and organizing literature files
- Supporting the research team with document management
- Assisting with writing summaries of research articles and reports
- Contributing to drafting brief literature reviews and research notes
- Attending remote meetings and occasional in-person meetings (depending on availability)
- Other related tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and Google Files (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
- Strong attention to detail and responsibility
- Strong professional or academic writing skills
- Passion for research and curiosity about corporate ethics and global issues
- Interest in corporate communication, especially in an international context
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage documents.
