As a Service Desk Analyst, you will provide first-level IT support to MSU Residential and Hospitality Services & Student Affairs, via phone, chat, walk-ups, and service tickets. Core responsibilities include troubleshooting IT issues, performing software installations, using remote desktop tools, and monitoring devices.
You will also be responsible for initiating IT incident communications and creating or updating troubleshooting guides and technical documentation. This role requires strong critical thinking skills, the ability to use a process-of-elimination approach, and effective, timely problem-solving.
