Location: South Dining (Case Hall and Holden Hall)
Pay rate: $14.00/hr
As an English Language Learning Tutor, you will be paired with a team member from South Dining staff that you will tutor on a bi-weekly basis. Tutors will be responsible for assisting with the development of the English language skills of South Dining staff by providing instruction and feedback in accordance with their training. Typical duties include, but are not limited to, attending all MSU-Bridges tutor trainings and weekly debrief meetings, preparing for bi-weekly tutoring sessions with your English Language Learner partner, submitting short reports regarding tutor progress, challenges, and plans through designated Microsoft TEAMS channels, and, as appropriate, coordinating with and reporting to the MSU-Bridges Advisory Team.
