This is a position that requires one to be available during operational and business hours. The Event Set-Up is responsible for setting up, refreshing and breaking down banquet rooms as instructed on the Banquet Event Order.
This requires:
- Moving tables & chairs
- Vacuuming
- Putting together a stage or setting up a dance floor
- Punctuality
- Reliability
Every function is different, so you need to be able to pay attention to detail. This position requires lifting and or pushing up to 75lbs & standing for extended periods of time. Must be flexible to work weekends and holidays.
