Typical duties may include:
- Scanning and entering forms into electronic medical record.
- Cleaning and stocking reception area.

Providing reception services for the EAP including but not limited to:
- greeting and assisting EAP guests,
- answering phones and answering questions about EAP services,
- checking voicemails, emails, and fax messages, and
- closing office spaces
- Assisting with maintenance of the EAP website, including checking weblinks.
- Updating and preparing EAP program materials.
- Assisting with the maintenance of the EAP Expert provider referral & resource database.
- Filing.
- Providing support for EAP client satisfaction surveys.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Be enrolled as a student at Michigan State University
- Demonstrated commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
- Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
- Maintaining confidentiality regarding all client interactions, records, and information at all times.
Desired Qualifications
- Availability to work in person.
- Availability to work during Spring 2024 and Summer 2024.
- Preference will be given to students enrolled in a mental health related field such as Social Work or Psychology.
Work Hours
Work hours are to be determined – prefer ability to work 15 hours per week.
Office is open Monday thru Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
