EPICC (Exploration & Purpose Integrated Core Curriculum) Graduate Fellowship Program
Job Description
Our team seeks to hire 3 graduate fellows to assist with the development, assessment, and delivery of career education interventions in STEM undergraduate courses at Lyman Briggs College. In this role, the successful candidates will develop their skills in qualitative and quantitative research analysis, as well as in pedagogical approaches & teaching delivery. Through this opportunity, the graduate fellows will also be a part of a national effort to design equity-focused career education curriculum across higher education in partnership with AAC&U and The Lumina Foundation.
General Responsibilities
- Co-teach career exploration & skill development curriculum in our introductory biology courses
- Assist research team with assessing the impacts of the career curriculum by conducting interviews, administering surveys, analyzing data, and writing research articles
- Attend meetings and trainings as part of our partnership with the American Association of Colleges & Universities & The Lumina Foundation (virtual event; dates to be shared)
- Communicate regularly with research team through email communications and check in meetings
Pay rate: $20.00/hr
Estimated Hours/week: 7 hours
