 There are times when stress can feel overwhelming. The combined stress from classes, work, and life can take a toll on your mental and physical health. Implementing stress management techniques is an important strategy to help you move forward that often involves experimenting with multiple approaches. Maintaining your physical health is an important aspect of stress management. Physical fitness can have an impact on both your body and your mind. Keith Spencer, alumnus, discusses in this featured video, how working out helped him to feel physical better, more mentally focused, and how it contributed to building connections with people in new places.
